Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how All Money In LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit iHussle.com, join the early-access list, click through to partner stores, or interact with our marketing and advertising. All Money In LLC is the data controller for this site. For any privacy question or request, contact info@defiantxrecords.com.
Short version: we use your information to run this site, send campaign updates you asked for, understand what fans care about, and measure our marketing. Analytics and advertising tools stay off by default until you make a choice in the consent banner, we honor the Global Privacy Control signal, we never send your raw email or phone number to advertising platforms (only irreversible hashes), and we do not sell your personal information for money. You can change your choices any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.
1. Who We Are
iHussle.com is the official PROLIFIC campaign site for Nipsey Hussle × Bino Rideaux, operated by All Money In LLC (United States). Privacy contact: info@defiantxrecords.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information, from you directly, automatically from your device, and from our service providers:
- Identifiers and contact details (you provide): first name, email address, phone number if you choose to share it, and city.
- Preferences (you provide): your interest selection (e.g. vinyl, apparel, digital) and consent choices with timestamps.
- Internet and device activity (automatic, consent-dependent): IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source, campaign attribution (UTM parameters), and cookie or similar identifiers set by the tools listed in Section 4.
- Approximate location (automatic): inferred from IP address, used for consent-law jurisdiction handling and aggregate campaign insight — never precise geolocation.
- Commercial interaction data: which releases, videos, and pre-order links you engage with. Purchases happen on partner stores, which control their own checkout data.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, health, financial account, or precise location data), and we do not use or disclose any personal information for purposes that would require a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" option.
3. How We Use Information, and Our Legal Bases
- Operate the site and early-access list — deliver the pages, process signups, prevent abuse. Legal basis: performance of our commitment to you and legitimate interests.
- Send email updates about iHussle / PROLIFIC releases, drops, and events — only after you check the email consent box. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable any time via the unsubscribe link.
- Send SMS updates — only if you provide a phone number and check the separate SMS consent box. Legal basis: express written consent, withdrawable any time (reply STOP).
- Analytics — understand how fans use the site and improve it. Legal basis: consent, via the banner's analytics category.
- Advertising measurement and audiences — measure campaigns and reach fans on ad platforms. Legal basis: consent, via the banner's marketing category (or, in US opt-out states, unless and until you opt out).
- Security, legal compliance, and record-keeping. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
4. Cookies, Consent, and the Tools We Use
We use Osano as our consent management platform. The banner and the "Cookie Preferences" footer link let you grant, refuse, or withdraw consent per category at any time. Analytics and advertising tools are disabled by default and only load after your consent (or, in US opt-out jurisdictions, until you opt out). We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing, and our analytics respect the Do Not Track setting.
- Consent management: Osano (records your choices and jurisdiction).
- Tag management: Google Tag Manager (deploys the tools below, gated by Google Consent Mode).
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and PostHog. PostHog receives no raw contact details — signups are identified only by an irreversible cryptographic hash.
- Advertising: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel & Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel & Events API. Where these receive signup information, email and phone are first hashed (SHA-256) in your browser or on our server — the platforms never receive them in readable form.
- Email/SMS infrastructure: Brevo and Resend.
- Hosting: Vercel.
5. "Sale," "Sharing," and Targeted Advertising — and How to Opt Out
We do not sell personal information for money. However, using advertising tools like the Meta and TikTok pixels can qualify as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (or "targeted advertising") under California and other US state privacy laws. You have the right to opt out:
- Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of every page, or
- Decline or withdraw the marketing category in the consent banner / Cookie Preferences, or
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we treat it as a valid opt-out automatically, or
- Email info@defiantxrecords.com.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
6. When We Disclose Information
- Service providers / processors (Section 4 list): hosting, email/SMS delivery, analytics, consent management, and security — bound to use your information only on our instructions.
- Advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google): hashed or pseudonymous data for measurement and audiences, subject to your consent choices above.
- Official campaign partners (e.g. Atlantic Records and The Marathon Clothing): where relevant to official iHussle / PROLIFIC campaign coordination, pre-orders, or fulfillment.
- Legal, safety, and business transfers: if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization (your information stays protected under this policy or one at least as protective).
7. Your Privacy Rights
United States (California and other state laws)
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, and a portable copy.
- Delete your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising (Section 5).
- Non-discrimination: we will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.
- Appeal: if we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; where applicable you may also contact your state Attorney General.
EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions
- Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent at any time (email unsubscribe, SMS STOP, the consent banner) without affecting prior processing.
- Complain to your local supervisory authority (e.g. your national Data Protection Authority or the UK ICO).
How to exercise these rights
Email info@defiantxrecords.com from the address associated with your signup (or provide enough detail for us to verify you — we verify requests to protect your information and will only use verification details for that purpose). Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization. We respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires (generally 45 days in the US, one month in the EEA/UK, extendable where the law allows with notice to you).
8. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: early-access contact details for the duration of the campaign relationship (until you unsubscribe or request deletion); consent records as long as required to demonstrate compliance; analytics and advertising data per the retention settings of each tool. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data we handle — including TLS encryption in transit, hashed identifiers for advertising and analytics matching, hashed (never raw) IP storage in our lead records, strict content-security policies, and access controls on provider accounts. No online service is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and regulators as the law requires.
10. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers process data in the US and other countries. Where we receive personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (or our providers' equivalent certified mechanisms) to protect it.
11. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child provided us information, email info@defiantxrecords.com and we will delete it.
12. Marketing Choices
- Email: unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email, or email us.
- SMS: reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. You can also opt out by emailing info@defiantxrecords.com or any other reasonable method — we honor opt-outs within 10 business days. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; consent is never a condition of any purchase.
- Cookies and ads: the consent banner, the footer links, browser controls, or GPC (Sections 4–5).
13. Partner Privacy Policies
If you click through to a partner store or provide information directly to a partner, that partner's privacy policy governs their use of it:
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the campaign, our tools, or the law changes. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be flagged on this page.
